Automatic links to changesets in properties dialog and chat #13

Improvement suggestion: to convert links to changesets (and also nodes, ways and relations) into a fancy-looking form like changeset××× and also convert strings like changeset××× into links.

Example for Properties Window Kachkaev2011-05-03 22:05:05 New state: 3/9

Kachkaev2011-05-03 22:08:43 Traced some buildings (changeset8041995) ↓↓↓ Traced some buildings (changeset8041995)

Example for Chat Valera: Hey, check that out! That guy vandalised my whole slice! Look: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/changeset/804199 ↓↓↓ Valera: Hey, check that out! That guy vandalised my whole slice! Look: changeset8041995

May be make keyword a bit shorter? cXYZ, or changeXYZ or hXYZ (history)

... or may be implement several keywords :)

Created macroses for changeset (c12345), nodes (n12345), ways (w12345) and relations (r12345).
