[suggestion] automatic link on user profile #19

Convert user:XXX or http://openstreetmap.org/user/XXX to xxx

This could be also useful just as links to nodes, ways and changesets.

user:XXX works fine, but User:XXX still gives no result http://mapcraft.nanodesu.ru/pie/50#585

Indeed, why not to make shortcut keywords case insensitive? Will do soon :)
