Open slices in iD #79

Is it possible to add functionality to open a slice in iD.

Mapcraft is great for mapping parties etc, but to be able to use it with new mappers who would start out using iD would be very beneficial

Should be possible to use same method as HOTOSM, send to iD with a .gpx file attached that contains slice boundaries
