Did you test the latest bugfix-2.1.x code?

Yes, and the problem still exists.

Bug Description

Hello, so after locating my firmware I want to use, QQSP_STOCK_TMC9-Robin_mini.bin. I renamed the file to Robin_mini.bin and placed it into my SD card, after powering on the printer just boots up without flashing the new firmware. I am currently using a modded repetier firmware that flashed perfectly for the TMC2209 drivers, but would like to swap to marlin.

Hi, This may be a card reading problem. It has to be formatted in FAT32/4096blocks and less than 16GB (unflag FAST on Windows). I use the RUFUS tool to be sure, but another tool is possible. https://github.com/Foxies-CSTL/Marlin_2.1.x/wiki/7.TIPS#732-update-and-flash
