0 is disabled
1 is in 3D scene only, but not on map
2 is on map, but not in 3D scene
3 is both

Description

Changed in Mission Tab to show "Disabled", "3D only", "Map only", "Both" also shows in output in the same manner.

Motivation and Context

Closes #82

Tested privately isn't a crazy change.
