[FEATURE] Knowing if the Mod is actually being checked #181

A change from no spinning update wheel in Master now

Describe the solution you'd like
Add needs update to top by default Add string checking.. while a mod is being checked for updates

Describe alternatives you've considered
Don't do it cause not needed 🤷🏼‍♂️

Note this is mainly a place holder so i can remember what to work one at some point of time. Tho if someone else wants to PR it feel free
