Add PF and CLSA CDLC checkboxes #47

Add Prairie Fire and CLSA dlc checkboxes. I chose to add a second horizontal container, and place both containers in a vertical container so that the default width wouldn't have to be increased.

Let me know if this is not the branch to do this PR for, I figured while waiting for 1.8 to come up, it'd be nice if the latest release version contained these.

While your code is clean and would be approved under normal circumstances, 1.7 will not be receiving updates because of its outdated architecture. I'm remaking a lot of stuff in 1.8 so consider committing to that branch instead
