Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
In the latest beta it appears that SteamCMD is no longer utilized and instead an in-house solution is used. Due to this I can't find a way to manipulate what server is used via SteamCMD. The geographically closest server to me is not the same server that's got the shortest route with the least hops. This server also seems to have major bandwidth stability issues, with downloads constantly freezing for half a second every second or two, reducing my download speed considerably.
Describe the solution you'd like
It would be great if there was an optional dropdown, like in the GUI steam client, to set your download server instead of it being selected automatically.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Right now it looks like I'm going to have to downgrade to v1.7c for now due to this and another issue I'm experiencing.
