Remove files from commit history #13

There are some notebooks that contain sensitive data in the commit history of methQC. @nhrigby needs to ID these files and then @marcmaxson will be able to remove these prior to releasing the repo to the public.

I won't even need to use the "BFG reaper cleaner"
