• added '--all' CLI option
• changed -a to mean -a instead of --array_type
• all: generates 4 more pickled dataframes of meth/unmeth values for probes, and noob corrected versions these are now the PREFERRED way to process data in methylcheck (higher performance data structure)
• --save_uncorrected flag also generates pickled dataframes
• note: run_pipeline has no --all equivalent
• searches for samplesheets recursively now
• array detector will guess
• improved unit test coverage
• moved load_processed.py into methylcheck
