When you add the Bot as moderator on a new subreddit.

To be able to make a refresh - or to let the bot know you've added a new subreddit.

And the new subreddits to be updated in the web console.

CM should detect this! It checks if the subreddits it moderates have changed every 5 minutes. Have you actually seen this not happening?

After a few hours CM added the new subreddits on the web console.
