`foxy-dialog-window` doesn't take focus? #117

The foxy-dialog-window should take focus when it appears. Focus should be on the "cancel" button (if present), and tabbing from there should go to the next button.

Not sure if this is related, but if the foxy-dialog-window appears (unfocused) and there's another modal (like for a coupon code, gift cert, custom shipping code) and click delete (to make the foxy-dialog-window appear), then hit enter, the other modal and the foxy-dialog-window both get smaller. Hit enter again and the other modal disappears. Sorta weird :)
