Show customer info on subscriptions page, and other subscription cleanup #120

Let's add a customer card (like on the transactions page) to be able to see a customer's info from the subscription detail page, and/or to allow clicking through to open the customer directly. Not opposed to displaying the customer ID as well, if it makes sense. (Applies to the transaction view as well.)
