Improve the transactions and subscriptions summary on the customer detail page #121

Currently on the "Transactions" summary table on a customer detail page, it shows the order total, the name of the product(s), and a link to the receipt. Let's add the date there as well (left column, I think).

Similarly, on the "Subscriptions" tab of that table, let's add the frequency and the next date, if we can.
