Revamp english in the mod #1

Draft pull request which completely reworks the writing in the mod. This isn't finished, some newer things in en_us.json aren't included and need to be updated (which I've pushed to the bottom). The in-game book will also look weird with the new text.

Review changes and edit/request anything as needed.
