We should be able to check in each participant using a QR code.
The codes will be scanned at:
Initial check-in
Food (to track who has eaten already)

The code will be linked to the participant's account. Each time the code is scanned, the participant's info will come up and we will record the timestamp and reason for scanning (check-in, lunch, etc).
We should have an undo function in case we scan someone by mistake.
