I initialized the front-end folder using React and TypeScriptX.

I added the following folders to order the future development:

pages
components (To create components like buttons, texts, navbar etc... That will be reused a lot of time)
services (To handle requests to the back-end)
guards (To allow or not routing to pages)

Finally I displayed an Hello World! to ensure the well working of the initialization.
