Popup menu #16

Thanks for your wonderful component! Popup menu on map do not work in version 10. It seems in version 9 it worked.

It's because line 270 of MainUnit.pas sets entering dragging mode to mouse RB down. Seems when dragging ends, no mouse up is fired.
