Adding file translations for High on Life #26

Thanks you so much! This is a game I'm hoping to play (if I ever get time to play games again, lol) so having it in the library is great!

I usually don't include the game name in the library. This is in case the game provides the name in a different language on a given system. If the name is in the library that name will be used, if the library only contains the package name then the name given by the UWP listing will be used instead. I only include it in the export so if someone brings me a file then I'll know what game I'm looking at. I'll just go ahead and strip it out as I'm updating the libraries date.

Thanks for the context on the name attribute, I wasn't sure whether to include it or not. Aside from that, I didn't see a way for me to update your wiki page on your game compat, do you mind updating it?

Yep, sorry I opened the editor in another tab just after I merged this, but then got distracted and didn't actually do the edit. It's in there now.
