How do I open the application? #74

Hi there, I'm trying to convert my Persona 4 Golden gamepass files so I can use it on a cracked version. I downloaded this converter and I don't see no application. Is there something I'm doing wrong? Forgive for my lack of experience in stuff like this

Go to "Code," then click on "Releases" on the right. That's where you can download the executable file to open the application.
