feature request: repo forall -j #105

Affected Version:repo version v1.7.8.2
Environment: android (350+ projects)

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. repo forall -pvc 'git status'
2. wait for output
3. grow old and die alone

What is the expected output?
1. repo forall -j100 -pvc 'git status' 
2. see output right away
3. stay young and happy
