GPS Neo-6M issues #46

Hello, i have a cyd2usb and a neo6m, wired it up but no blinking led, no nothing. I have it wires up rx to tx and tx to rx, everything working but it doesnt work, any ideas?

gnd -> gnd tx -> tx rx -> rx vcc -> vcc

Shouldnt tx be connected to rx and vice versa?
