Add support for DOI in the Extra field #4

Several document types lack a designated DOI field. It is advised to incorporate the DOI into the 'Extra' field, as discussed in the Zotero forums (https://forums.zotero.org/discussion/85406/doi-field-required-for-all-item-types).

Could the plugin be enhanced to scan the 'Extra' field for DOIs as well?

Second this, I cannot get citation counts for books because there is no DOI field for books
