getting error and "null" #5

When trying to get citation counts, it fails and there is "null" displayed. Happy to provide further information, if you tell me what would help you diagnose the issue :)

I get the same error message, however it successfully generates the citation count

I can not get any citation count. Please give me some suggestions, thx
