The access mode of the x10-express external module does not work

I am using r9m_access for x10-express. Even in the latest version of ethos, the access mode does not work for r9m installed in the external module.

So I am using opentx. In opentx it works very well.

Also fix x10-express so r9m access to external modules from ethos works well.

It was my mistake. After bootloader upgrade it works fine.
