Calculated sensor #2786

I am trying to do a calculated sensor where I will deduct a number from GasResVol sensor.

I did a DIY sensor where I send a number according to fuel consumption through GasResVol.

Can it be added that I can input a number, i.e. 2000 somewhere, and then through the calculated sensor, in my case I deduct this number - telemetry so I will know how much fuel is left and possibly play value and alarm when a certain value is reached?

I can find nowhere to insert i.e. this 2000.

I foundvout that a long press will change to value.
