Have you checked 1.5.8 already?
I have not but happy to test this and will do now - if I may ask if there is a fix for it in 1.5.8 nightly as it doesn't seem to be mentioned in the list of issues fixed in the current nightly?
Will test it anyway. Just explaining why I have not done it so far. Many thanks.

Still present in 1.5.8. nightly More info If I set the source for the logical switches in example above to Slider Left, the issue exists but only when I start the radio. If I set the source for the same 3 LS to channel (CH7 in attached test model), which is in turn controlled by Slider Left via free mix, the issue exists when I both start the radio or select the model. Hope this helps. Latest nightly on X10SExpress and Sim.
This issue is stale because it has been open 90 days with no activity. Remove stale label or comment or this will be closed in 30 days.
May I please bump it up. Still not fixed and causing undesirable effects on model start.
All requested information has been provided in this thread
Set up: Last 3 logical switches indicating gyro mode based on the channel value (i.e. Ch7 for A3V2 gyro):
Actual (since1.5.7) stbloff audio played, followed by ether stblon or sflvl.
Note: Also reproduced in 1.5.7 SIM but not on the radio running Ethos 1.5.6. So it looks 1.5.7 specific
Managed to check Logical Switches or Special Functions pages while the model is loading and can't see any unnecessary LS's being triggered yet extra audio is being played.
My apologies, if it ends up as my Ethos programming error, but t does look like a bug to me.
