XLITE - Adjust ELRS name #4339

Its probably worth adjusting the name of the ELRS protocol on the XLITE to reflect:

ELRS V2

Or simiular.

Why? It is ELRS, no?

It is.. but as the TWIN ELRS module does not support ELRS version 3 or higher .. then it leads to confusion to the end user.
