Does not appear to be a Suite issue, it's MacOS 15 not properly recognizing something about the disks.
I was able to forcibly mount the Flash drive in Disk Utility. Not the NAND (X18 FCC on 1.5.15 and 1.4.15 Bootloader). It appears to not see the Partition Map on the NAND.
Issue 1 mounting the drives from X20: I can see both drives in the Disk Utility an I was ask to repair. But I didn't trust it. Maybe my X20 is not running any more after the repair try.
Issue 2 suite installation: The other issue is that the suite can not be reinstalled. Finder allways reject an installation. I tried to copy the files and folders manually. The file "app.asar" makes the problem. Finder can not read this and brings Error code 36.
Issue 2. You may remove the former version of the Suite and install the new one manually.
Issue 2: Thanks a lot, Issue 2 is solved now. It was a combination of Sophos anti virus and Mac update. Additionally now it must be allowed to install ETHOS in the security setup manually.
Issue 1: Still exists. Sometimes it works and the disks will be mounted, sometimes not. This is a sporadic issue Try to repair with the disk utility says successful done partion table on the Flash card. On the main Flash it says not possible to write. Nevertheless this is new after MAC update and not happend before.
Workaround: Opening first the Ethos Suite, than plugging in the X20, Firmware, Bootloader Version and Module Version will be displayed. Pressling the button "change to boot loader mode" mounts the two disks of the X20S. "Changing to Ethos" by the button the disks will unmount and mount again. This works and can be reproduced. So I will use this procedure next time. Nevertheless before MAC update mounting worked better and without ETHOS Suite.
Hi I updated my mac to the latest version 15.0. When I connect the X20 the initialisation of the two drives will fail. Finder can not read the drives of the X20 any more. Ethos Suite can identify the following versions: change between Ethos Suite and Bootloader Mode will not help to improve. Reinstall of Ethos suite will also not work and ends up with this Error: Ethos Suite can not be reinstalled any more...
