refactor: refactor styles and css classes #566

DESCRIPTION

In this Pull Request the following has been refactored:

replace inline styles with css modules
replace mantine style props with css modules
replace hardcoded colors with theme variables
set darkmode styling correctly with css modules
use BEM for class names
cursor state in the table views has been fixed
update docs concerning styles

Not in scope:

refactor navbar since it's an own issue

TO-DO

[x] update docs
[x] pull main & resolve merge conflicts
[x] check Vercel deployment
