DESCRIPTION

In this PR the function hasRequiredRights has been refactored. It is used to check if the user has access to certain pages of the application or certain actions, e.g. edit or delete methods.

The three different checks have been unified to one method. Also now there is a possibility to check either/or rights.

TO-DO

[X] update test
[X] pull main & resolve merge conflicts
[X] check Vercel deployment
