The thruster shows thrust being produced and fuel being consumed, but no actual thrust is being provided. Even Mechjeb is aware of it. Replacing the model with a rescaled 1.25m thruster model resolved the issue. I suspect an error with the model. Changing node and scaling configuration has no effect. Maybe something to do with a collision mesh?
