When having a seismic accelerometer dumped as debris around Kerbin, "Recover vessel" button stops working for every vessel. Also "Space center" button won't work for landed ships.
It looks like it bugs also the "Revert" option, It can be fixed by deleting the vessel from the persistent file or recovering the craft/debris with the accelerometer.
