IR telescope doesn't show correct labels in right-click menu. #71

InterstellarTelescope.OnUpdate() fails to call base.OnUpdate(), so the event names in the telescope's config file ("Collect Telescope Data", "Review Telescope Data", "Reset Telescope Data") never get applied to the events, and the menu in-game says "Deploy", "Review", and "Reset".
