Sorry for huge changed line count! I accidently allowed visual studio to change line endings.

1). Deleted redundant code for tree.cfg copying to save folder. 2). Included my previous fixes for microwave power from https://github.com/FractalUK/KSPInterstellar/pull/72 3). Merged InterstellarToolbar in Interstellar.dll 4). Updated parts .cfg files for editor to choose their category (Engine\fuleTank...) correctly 5). Tested on clean 0.90 game.
