Dump fragment name label in .pymol script upon creation #19

Since we are using center of coordinate anyways this should be faster to compute directly in python when the .pymol script is being dumped than when it is computed inside the PyMol GUI.

a PyMol solution was found which is considerably faster. Moving up to 1.7.1.

This was fixed in 3c838181b51b23c0e20d97d1cee5f05e74ef0bd1
