Even I am facing the same problem. The following packages i am using Package Version

numpy 1.24.1 openbabel-python 1.7 Pillow 9.4.0 pip 22.3.1 setuptools 65.5.0 swig 4.1.1 wheel 0.38.4 python 3.11.1

i am also having issues in the installation.
