[ ] Simple UI - the game should be started without the need to navigate multiple nested menus.
[ ] Easily readable default font size (Amazon standard 28px at a minimum, aim for higher)
[ ] Simple and clear language

[ ] Interactive tutorials
[ ] Player-paced text prompts. There is no need to rush the player, they should be allowed to read and process at their own pace.
[ ] Avoid flickering and repetitive imagery, or have options to disable these off the bat. (i.e., the red flicker effect for the thrust cooldown)
Vision
[ ] Ensure no essential information is conveyed by color alone
[ ] Easily read, default font text size.
[ ] Simple and clear formatting
[ ] Provide high contrast between text/UI and background
Hearing
[ ] Subtitles / Dialogue for all speech (Based on how this game is projected to go, this will likely work out anyway
[ ] To contrast the above, Voice Acting for the above
[ ] Separate volume controls mutes for effects, speech, and background/music
[ ] No essential information is to be conveyed via sound alone
[ ] Any subtitles/dialogue should be presented in a clear and easily read format.
[ ] It would be useful (if all dialogue is text bubbles) to allow the user to zoom in on said bubbles
General
[ ] Wide range of difficulty levels, but players should not be mocked or punished in anyway for choosing the easier options. All players have a right to the same experience as one another.
[ ] Details for accessibility and accessing these features should be included not only in-game (rather immediately), but on any details we put out regarding the game (How-to, roadmap, online instruction manuals/videos)
[ ] All settings should be saved / remembered
Feedback
[ ] Receiving feedback on accessibility is imperative, specifically from gamers with disabilities. Making adjustments / improvements based on this feedback goes without saying
