Adds an option to send logs to a file on disk as well
Fix frame crashing when host to send logs to is down, inlines fix from https://github.com/nim-lang/Nim/pull/23575
Low memory mode on deploy (reduce parallelism, disable system cronjobs, etc)
Refactor logger
