This enables the ghost hack to work for the Japanese version of the game.
To achieve this, the hack logic was written out to more organizable assembler source files used to build both the US and JP version of the hack. For more details, see the associated readme in HackSources/Ghosts/.
As a bonus, this also fixes an odd bug related to loading objects in both versions.
