Add a video playback function #81

Uses OpenCV. Note that implementation is incomplete. Right now it makes assumptions around the video being landscape orientation.

This is really cool but extremely hard to find a video that looks remotely good. I tried bad apple but I haven't been able to make it show the right frame of the video. And due to copyright issues we wouldn't be able to include it in the repo.

We should find something else to demo or make our own. It does work though, so I'll merge it.
