Disable RGB matrix code when IS31FL3743A is not detected #11

ANSI has two versions. One with RGB backlight and one with single zone backlight. In theory we can see if the LED controller responds on I2C and otherwise fallback to single zone backlight.

Need to be ready early because the factory needs to know what to flash.
