Capslock goes out of sync with host, when host keyboard caps is pressed quickly #20

If capslock is pressed quickly multiple times, the indicator on the keyboard can go out of sync with the actual state.

Only happens when pressing capslock on another keyboard, which syncs through the OS to the lotus keyboard. Wouldn't happen on lotus, unless somebody uses an external keyboard. So it's a low priority to fix.
