hotfix: make canWatchAnswer optional as specified in the API (but not correctly used so far) #1750

The canWatchAnswer has always been optional but it was not correctly implemented in the backend... now the backend has been fixed, it breaks the frontend as the frontend was not respecting the spec and was always expecting a canWatchAnswer.
