add some textual explanation about associated activity #1815

Description

Just add some textual explanation. I haven't been able to use template select as they were too many words to adapt to the word gender in French in a way it was not possible to do something working.

@Iloveall can you fix the height of the widget. It is only on one single line which is very limited (I have already seen overflow on the website somewhere else)... so probably having a flexible height for all such messages should be easy (?).
