The thread button is not disappearing where it's required #1827

Describe the bug

The thread button shown on pages where it's non visible

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: As usual

  1. Go to this page
  2. Then I don't see thread button in header
  3. Then I click on prev button in neighbours component
  4. Then I see the thread button in header
  5. Then I click on back button
  6. And I still see the thread button in header

Expected behavior

When navigation between pages the thread button should be show/hidden correctly depends on visibility logic of the thread
