why the hell has i386/golang been broken for months #29

i haven't been able to pull i386 golang docker containers for months and I still have no idea why so I can't build i386 binaries. maybe i should move to appveyor so I won't even have to keep the docker containers around

turns out that if i pull i386/golang:1.11.2-stretch it works, must be something broken with with how shared tags are supposed to point to stretch
