Hello,

I would like to add support for this model architecture to my project chaiNNer, which has support for a variety of different SISR architectures.

However, I see this repo does not currently have a license. I was wondering if you could provide a license, as that will determine whether or not I can add support for this.

I also would potentially add it to my BasicSR fork to allow for more easily training the network.
