If the output directory is not empty, there are two cancel buttons that appear in the pop up (and one of them empties the directory)
When I try and close TWOMBLI and running the analysis I get an error saying “There are no images open” and so to close TWOMBLI, I needed to close FIJI entirely
As part of the output files I noticed that the file names of the excel files in “hdm_csvs” do not match the file name in the “Image” column for a given file. This causes some confusion as to which image specifically is being analyzed.
Why is there an exclamation mark on the “Information!” button?
In Twombliv1 it was nice to be able to batch test multiple line widths on a few images before committing to running the entire dataset.
As part of the output, it would be useful to include a "parameters" file.
