Multiplayer functionality? #8

Investigate the multiplayer functionality using JS and how we can implement it into our game. We can do either locally, online, or both.

@FrostyNick @johntran038 I believe in this stage, we can make it locally. Not sure if we need separate levels for 2-players or can add on what we have.
